At Orderfit we take the protection of your personal data seriously. This policy explains what information we collect, for what purpose, for how long, and the rights you have under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

- Commercial context data: number of clubs you operate and the content of the message you choose to send us.
We only collect the data you voluntarily provide when filling out the form. We do not collect sensitive data (health, ideology, sexual orientation, etc.) nor do we use advertising tracking cookies.
3. Purpose of processing
We process your data for the following purposes:
- To respond to your request for information or product demonstration of Orderfit.
- To maintain commercial communication directly related to your initial request.
- To comply with applicable legal obligations.
We will not use your data to send you unsolicited commercial communications nor will we share it with third parties for advertising purposes.
4. Legal basis for processing
The legal basis for processing your data is:
- Your express consent when checking the acceptance box upon submitting the form (Article 6.1.a of the GDPR).
- Performance of pre-contractual measures at your request (Article 6.1.b of the GDPR), when you request commercial information about our products.
5. Data retention
We will retain your personal data while the commercial relationship or mutual interest in maintaining contact remains, and at most for three (3) years from the last interaction if we do not establish a contractual relationship.
If we formalize a contractual relationship, we will retain the data for the period legally required by applicable tax and commercial regulations.
6. Data recipients
Your data will be processed internally by the Orderfit team. We do not transfer it to third parties except:
- When there is a legal obligation (for example, judicial or administrative requirement).
- To our technical service providers (web hosting, email) acting as data processors under contract and with all guarantees required by European regulations.
